Amazement never increases

In our world it is kind of amazing if you haven't done certain things not once in your life. For example eaten ice cream during winter walking in a snowy old town, watched a silly movie and felt moved by it even though every single creature around you thinks the movie sucks or having suffered through intense pain and suffering about what to give one's friend as a birthday gift.

I discovered such things just in few past days plenty. I learned that when I am invited to a lovely garden party only with one condition- to have an opposite-sex-avec I panic because I do not know whom to invite to be my plus one. (because I have an intense fear of inviting a boy who already has a girlfriend- it doesn't look great to me now, right? Me and my avec problems..)

I had my first experience with opening a glass bottle sealed (with metal) only with scissors as a tool. (couldn't do it properly, but I believe that with a little bit of rehearsals and experience I will be as good as my friend is)

I realized that my best friend is the one who has sent me every day three or more messages during a week hoping I would get them and answer and had not given up on hope, even if I was worried sick because I did not get one world from him. (we blame the internet) Sincerely, I cried three times because I was so worried.. Silly girl? Perhaps.

Internet did not work the moment I needed it the most and I suffered also when our television broke, this forces me not to trust technology more but less than before I ever did.

Intentionally (even though she said she certainly did not know about it) from my friends behalf and unintentionally from me mixing the time when the opera starts and the being called at nine o'clock "Liz, it starts in two hours" and having a friends over.. Causes troubles but an amazing experience because the opera (Le Comte Ory) was sassy, sexy and funny with an extremely gifted vocals. Well done MET and the lead vocalist who had had 40 minutes to get to the stage from his home after having a boy born. (he looked as the proudest father I have ever seen)
